Notice Regarding Updated Quarterly Submission Process for
Employee Transit and Bike/Walk Subsidy Reimbursement Forms
New quarterly Employee Subsidy Reimbursement Forms are now available below.
Effective January 1, 2021, forms are due at the end of each quarter. Employees are advised to hold on to their submissions for Transit and Bike/Walk Subsidy Reimbursements until the quarterly due date. Any forms received before the quarterly due date will be held and processed after all quarterly forms have been received according to the quarterly reimbursement schedule below.
NOTE:
The City offers a pre-tax Transit Spending Account (TSA) program that employees can enroll via payroll deductions and use towards public transit expenses. The TSA program provides an automatic transit match of up to $50 per month, eliminating the need to complete and submit transit subsidy reimbursement forms. Employees who participate in any of the City’s transportation benefits are responsible for reviewing and abiding by program rules. Employees may not receive more than one transportation benefit at a time.
