parking Spending account

Parking Spending Account (PSA)

The PSA program allows employees to set aside up to $315 (calendar year 2024) per month on a pre-tax basis to pay for parking expenses related to commuting between home and work. The PSA program cannot be used for parking provided by the City of Los Angeles to its employees at City-owned or leased lots (e.g., lots at City Hall East, Figueroa Plaza, Police Administration Building, etc.).

Enrolling in PSA and Making Changes to Existing PSA Elections

Employees may enroll or make changes to their PSA account at any time during the calendar year via the Keeping LAwell Benefits Central Portal. You may refer to the Employee Election Calendar for information on the time period in which a payroll change will become effective. Additionally, by enrolling in the PSA program, you understand and consent to the Terms and Conditions of the program.

After your PSA is funded by your payroll deductions, you may place a parking order by creating an account online with WageWorks, the City’s PSA third-party administrator.

For additional information on how to use your WageWorks account, please visit the Commuter Benefit Accounts page or call 877-924-3967. You may also find additional instructional materials via the following links:

Please note that creating a WageWorks account does not apply to employees who participate in the Transit Subsidy Reimbursement Program.
