Employee parking fees are increasing March 19, 2025

On February 28, 2024, the Los Angeles City Council approved a new Special Memorandum of Understanding on Commute Options and Parking (Special MOU). This agreement expanded and enhanced employee commuter transportation benefits as described in this article. To fund these improvements, parking fees were scheduled to modestly increase one year after the adoption of the new Special MOU. The updated fee schedule will take effect on March 19, 2025, paychecks. The new rates are outlined below:

* The cost of Monday/Friday-only pilot program permits will not change and will continue to cost $11 per pay period.
